Accounts & Access
How do I sign up for Fibonaut?
You can sign up using your email address.
My child doesn’t have an email. What should I do?
Parents can sign up using their own email address. We recommend using the child’s name in the profile settings, so achievements and progress are displayed with their name.
Do I need an account to play games?
Yes, creating an account helps us track your progress and unlock achievements. You can start playing immediately after signing up.
Do I need an account to solve quizzes?
Yes. Just like with games, you earn points by solving quizzes, so an account is required.
Learning and Progress
What subjects and levels does Fibonaut cover?
Fibonaut currently focuses on math, covering curriculum-aligned topics from grades 1 through 10.
How does the gamification work?
Students earn points, badges, and rank up by solving challenges, winning games, and completing quizzes.
Can teachers create classrooms and assign tasks?
That is in our roadmap.

Is my data secure on Fibonaut?
Absolutely. We use Supabase for secure data handling and ensure all communication is encrypted.
Technical
Does Fibonaut work on all devices?
Fibonaut is optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. Native app support is coming soon!

Billing & Upgrades
What happens after my free trial ends?
After the trial, you can continue using the free features or upgrade to a premium plan for access to advanced analytics, game modes, and teacher tools.
How do I upgrade to a premium account?
You can upgrade anytime from the Settings > Subscription menu.
